Jacob Rocky Cummins is a Native American Evangelist born and raised on the Fort Peck Indian Reservation in Poplar, Montana. As the son of Evangelist/Pastor Jay Cummins, Jacob was exposed to ministry at an early age. By age 20, Jacob signed his first record deal with Christian rock band, Elevate, which would later be renamed For the Few. While in the band he toured the country playing with other Christian acts such as Skillet, Sanctus Real, Remedy Drive, Spoken and Petra. After several years of touring, Jacob attended Trinity Bible College where he earned an AA degree in Biblical Studies. While attending Trinity he met his now wife, Stephanie Cummins. They were married in 2012 and have two children, Bianca and Jaxon. In 2016 Jacob accepted a volunteer position at Ellendale Assembly of God under the leadership of Pastor Shawn Tayon. This marked his transition into worship ministry. He later stepped into full-time ministry in 2018 when he and his family relocated to Minot, North Dakota. There he served as the Worship Pastor at Journey Church Assembly of God under the leadership of Pastor Dan Dangerfield. In November of 2023 he resigned from his position to follow the call into full-time evangelism and music ministry. He continues to reside in Minot, ND with his family.
